Charter Types
Be aware there different types of charter contracts available:
- Standard Charter
- Special Charter
- Tour Charter
- Event Charter
Bidding / Tendering period
New offers are being placed onto the charter exchange on a daily basis. Place your bid within the given time for offers but be aware that your bid has to be lower than the set start price. Once you have placed a bid it can only be adjusted downwards. The lowest bid of each competitor will be disclosed at the end of the tendering period. But using Credits you can see the currently lowest bid even before the expiry of the deadline. All charter offers refer to UTC, regardless of the cities involved.
Requirements
- you will have to fulfill requested days of operations for your flights
- you will have to fulfill requested time slot for landing and departure (as indicated)
- you will have to provide aircraft which covers requested capacities of pax & cargo (per week and per flight)
- you will have to provide a minimum board service rating depending on charter offer's requirements.
- you will have to provide a minimum cabin setup value depending on charter offer's requirements.
- be aware that delays of more then 120 minutes will reduce the degree of fulfillment
- no regular route rights required. Temporary route rights will be granted for the whole duration of charter's runtime.
- some other requirements may apply - dpending on charter type
Board Service / Cabin Setup / Occupancy / Flight Schedule
- the occupancy of your charter flights has no relation to the regular airport occupancy. Your board service and cabin setup is not crucial for the plane's occupancy but remember charter's requirements.
- Charter flights are displayed different-colored on your flight schedule. Always make sure that you assign the correct charter ID to your charter flights.
