Focus airport

Focus airports are defined by AVIOSIM for the duration of a mission (usually 1 month). A notification is provided at the start of each new mission in your Account -> Messages Inbox.

During the mission period all users can aquire unlimited route rights to the focus airport free of charge. To accomplish this...

1) go to Operations -> Routes -> New Routes

2) select one of your existing network airports in the "from Airport" drop-down menu

3) select the focus airport in the "to Airport" drop-down menu

4) confirm by clicking the "MISSION" button

5) finalize by clicking the "aquire this route rights" button

6) confirm your selection

7) accept the shown route rights conditions (= immediate take-over for the cost of 0 Credits)

Please note:

You cannot select the focus airport as starting point of your route rights acquisition.

All route rights to the focus airport will be terminated by the end of the mission period. Stranded ACs will have to be tranfrerred back into your regular route network via ferry flights.
