Passenger satisfaction

In real life passenger satisfaction is a kinf of word of mouth and is usually collected and shown on certain rating websites and is an important indicator for airlines and other potential passengers. In AVIOSIM the passenger feedback has direct impact on the load calculation of all passenger flights.


Every single passenger can describe impressions of her/his flight by rating the follwoing criterias:

  • Board Service (selection, availability, value, costs)
  • Aircraft cabin (seat comfort, cabin light, general interior, media selection, legroom, condition, cleanliness)
  • Cabin crew (availability, language, skills, mood)
  • Ticket fare (compared to default fare and to competitors fare as well)
  • Flight delays or (even worse) flight cancellation


You can find the overall passenger satisfaction of your airline in the ranking of passenger satisfaction.
