The Tax rate depends on the respective country your hub is located in.
Your airline's earnings are taxed monthly. The due amount will be displayed in your Dashboard from the first of the month. Payday is on the 6th.
Go to Addons -> Consultants to employ a Tax Consultant who will help you gain tax refunds to the best of his/her skills.
